This afternoon... read more... Rinse Feddema will lead Mark Gulstrand and myself through the final acceptance testing and training of our new CPT rig. It has been a very long road to get here, but I'm confident we now own the absolute best track-mounted seismic cone penetration testing rig ever made. On Monday it is scheduled to ship, and hopefully we will take delivery in mid-September. That is the schedule anyway. Everything will have been tested, including the cones and data acquisition system, so it will be available for work immediately.
